Lang Get ready, Fall is coming and if you’re half as simple as I am, you’re already going to buy a new pair of Uggs and practically try your first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the Season before anyone can even mutter “Halloween”. If you’re getting ready to squat down and make the most of the cozy season, start with your nails and grab the Nails Inc Sweet as Chocolate especially when it’s currently on offer via QVC.
At the moment you can buy this set of six delicious chocolate-colored nail polishes in different finishes, all beautifully presented in a gift box. With a shade for almost any occasion, I can say with confidence that when you buy this nail polish, you probably won’t need to look at another nail polish before the holiday season.
The six shades of the Nails Inc Sweet as Chocolate collection are:
– Nails Inc. sweet suits you; A shiny and fresh champagne gold that has a foil finish despite the sparkling polishing. This requires two coats for even application and doesn’t feel gritty.
– Nails Inc. I have a confectionery to make; a bright, neutral, and slightly yellow, Bare pink. A beautiful everyday shade that is surprisingly opaque, despite being located at the lighter end of the rye spectrum. This has a very glossy finish (almost and I say almost a gel-like appearance) and again, two coats are needed for optimal coverage.
– Nails Inc Need a Reality Choc; a milky chocolate brown that is again neutral in Tone and should therefore match all skin tones. This is very similar to the shade above: glossy finish and two coats for a perfect finish.
– Nails Inc Snacks & Relax; this deep bronze metallic varnish has a slight green / yellow shift that dazzles in natural light. It is the most transparent of the six colors and requires at least three layers. On the plus side, you can place it on top of some of the other polishes in the collection for an extra glow – it is particularly suitable for “No Time to be Bitter”.
– Nails Inc really likes them dairy products; a real chocolate brown with a shiny finish, similar to the other “cream” type varnishes in this range. Two layers are needed to really bring the color to life. This has to be my favorite and the shade I am most likely to wear all fall!
– Nails Inc no time to be bitter; a deep and still true chocolate shade, only this shade is our dark cocoa range. This manages to be both classic and vampiric, The perfect Alternative to a deep plonk or a black nail polish. This shade can be applied a little streaked, so I recommend applying it in three thin layers, and this too has a very shiny finish.
Similar to a box of chocolates, deciding which nails from the Sweet as Chocolate collection should be tried first is really the hardest part.
